Seller financing strategy ??
Hey BP how does one know how much MORE they can offer on a Seller Financed deal as opposed to traditional financing ? Is it just minus the fee’s , closing cost and interest over the length of the loan?

The "Deal" still has to meet your criteria for cashflow or resale if you will flip it. Don't let the seller financing sway your typical buying criteria.
