I have a few free and clear properties, and banks area always excited to start negotiations on putting a mortgage against them, but I never wind up being happy with their proposals.

I am very excited to start this business since I have been always very passionate about real estate and even now I am working for a multi-family real estate company as an Administrative Assistant and a Leasing Consultant.

He is excited and obviously I am excited to make money!
