Hi! This is Laura from Baltimore and I am looking to start investing in real estate. I'm 24, have my BSN and work full-time at a local hospital. I bought my first house last year and that's the only real estate experience I have. I want to be able to keep this house as a rental property and buy a bigger single family home for me and my husband-to-be. In addition, I'm interested in flipping houses for profit, or at least renovating properties to become rental units. I know this will take time, but I want to do it the right way and be smart about it.
