Groundwater at the rear of the house is leaking into the house on a regular basis nowadays.

But since I'm licensed I also go through the MLS with a fine tooth comb every day and work in other areas as good deals come up.

I've been on the site pretty much every day since, reading articles, listening to podcasts, and watching the forums.Our area is very expensive, so I have a feeling I'll be studying and saving up for a while.

I update BP on what's happening in my real estate business on a weekly basis.

As in REAL people who are doing it everyday.
