Typically with Morris invest the properties people bought were way overpriced relative to the marker value, meaning you could be taking a large hit if you sell.I hope that’s not the case but it’s something to be aware of

Sometimes swinging for the fences right away without hitting the doubles results in a strike-out.Sounds like you'd have the equity to possibly get the down-payment you needed, through a cash out refinance - however I'd make sure you are really sure about the large purchase and its efficacy given where you are.

But your right I was talking to a flipper in LA at a conference and they do 600 to800k houses and were averaging about 15k per flip.. but they did 80 of them.. so while they made over a million for the year thats a ton of work and debt to manage.If your going to be successful flipping you have to be able to do volume as you clearly denote.. one at a time unless your hitting big numbers..
