Refinance/new investment property purchase
My wife and I want to buy an investment property, but the cash for a down payment is currently tied up in a rental property we own.
The rental property has $150k equity in it. The value of the home is about $210k. We want to keep this property.
The investment property is $475k. So with 20% down we would need approx $100k for a down payment.
What would be the best way to obtain the funds for a down payment?
