with a title something like this; "BIG BUCKS OPPORTUNITY" and simply describe to the reader that you are looking to hire " Real Estate Finders" or bird dogs (whatever works for you) and tell them to submit fire damaged house addresses, abandoned, dilapidated etc. and we will locate the owner to make a CASH offer to purchase their property.

@Solly MatipwiliIf you want to raise capital, then you should look for partnerships you can become a value add.You can do this by bird dogging, and other forms of sweat equity.Especially, with local people.
