It is a legal entity and there are certain corporate formalities that have to be followed even if the entity is inactive.Also in PA if you have losses for the business such as training, office expenses, filing fees etc and you did not have any income then you can not take those losses.

My guess is that this is simply a company that is willing to meet the $5,000, $6,000 or $10,000 price tag for delivering a buyer so they get promoted You are the real product in this transaction, not the house.Now, I do not know how many houses each referral company out there owns with each vendor, if any, they are pushing.
