Rent Options/strategies for tenant with large pet???
Hello BP!
So I have a prospective tenant that looks excellent on paper but they have a large dog --- a Husky. Says dog is house trained and good tempered; but dogs... are dogs. This is my 4 rental putting into service, I have never considered pets before and that new carpet and paddling that was just installed looks and smells great right now.
What are some good rent/security deposit/rules options for large pets to consider implementing for a cashflowing 3/2 with market rent at $1200/mth level in the Hampton Roads area of VA. Thanks.
William from VA
