Also when you say "border", do you actually mean border, I lived in Weehawken on a block where all you had to do was cross two streets and you were in Union City, while the proximity is close, the towns are not that similar for a variety of reasons.

I agree Steve, I actually have to wait to cross Eastmont now since the north end extension went in a few years ago. 

Likewise, Google has announced a Google Village plan to create 20,000 (40% of Amzn hq2 head count) for a  new local  developer jobs, AI, machine learning etc.

Sure at 10 doors that might be easy, but at 100, having even a quarter of your door count dictating how you run your business as opposed to 100% of the doors you manage follow the same process is going to hurt your margin and make it so your margin looks like its at 75 doors anyway.

Once you cross over Holmes, things hold on, it doesn't have as many mature trees and the yards don't look quite as nice, but it still looks fine. 

I'm down in Owens Cross Roads but invest in Huntsville, Decatur, Birmingham and other north AL markets.

It wouldn't have crossed my mind to be on the lookout for inspectors that essentially "sell" their buddies services.
