The sponsor of the resolution withdrew it from consideration by the Quorum Court, so that one went nowhere for now.

The amount of possible considerations and/or lenience really depend on your willingness to see from the owner/landlord perspective too.

@Richard Clark The rates will be considerably higher than conventional but there are some programs that have recently resurrected from the ashes of Coronavirus which would allow up to 70% cash out on a 30 year term and allow C Corp vesting.
