Looking to move forward with a lender on a deal.

I'm getting frustrated because I feel like I'm literally all over the map and want to move forward but can't.2 Find local off market properties to fix and flipHow is everyone getting their off market properties? 

It sounds like there really is no personal risk if there is a default and doesn't affect your ability to borrow personally moving forward.

If you check out the code section, you can track the language from the statute which you need to include in your leases going forward.

I was doing some searching today and found this amazing community that I look forward to being a part of. you guys have a tremendous amount of knowledge that help people build wealth and success on many levels and I am glad to be a member. 

I haven’t let no money stop me in the past so I just need to keep moving forward and scaling up.

Fast forward to today, he is "looking" for other job opportunities with better pay, he had someone staying with him part-time that he "forgot" to mention to me, and in general the communication has gone downhill.
