I’m sorry if this is the wrong sub-forum, I didn’t see a good spot for this question.I live out of the US for work so I can’t travel back as frequently to view potential properties.

Some spots look like a white adhesive as well.Tiles are popping up real easily too.

They may allow the lawn to degrade a little or they may not be Johnny-on-the-spot with the grease stain in the garage.

Not sure if this is the right spot to put it.

Get a nice sweet rent controlled place, and invest in high-appreciation Bay Area real estate in towns that do not have rent control.One of my fav clients is in a spot in San Francisco paying $1100/mo.

Weird spot to have 4 free and clear properties and having trouble covering debt.

The unfinished have a classic raised panel - so you can replace it easily in the future if necessary - and can either be sprayed, stained, or just poly'd (which is usually what we do) which is super easy to spot repair in the future. 

I've had my ankles literally covered in fleas, but because I was able to spot them quickly, I got out to the car, pulled out my trusty flea spray, and shot them down--not ONE bite!!
