Account Closed I am a huge fan of not signing long-term leases until I feel tenants out a bit - sometimes their true colors come out a few days after closing, and sometimes it’s a few months.

This woman is on a month to month lease and we’ve bent over backwards agreeing to renovate her unit because she asked allowing her to pick her paint colors because she asked which we never do, and I’ve answered text after text for months.

I’d also suggest either knowing  the other LED colors or getting the adjustableoption that goes from 3000k-6000K (warm colors to whiter respectively.

Your initial experience seems to be on the far end and not surprisingly colored your perceptions on real estate.

beautiful home but has a cold feel interior, needs some items to soften the feel, some wall color or more throw items- pillows, blankets and the like. not even close to enough pics and should have a floor plan- there are a lot of apps you can accomplish this with, this is what i would recommed.

We use Glidden Stone White but color match it to Behr because we like their paint better.

Looks good, limited colors (2), but should hold up well.
