I'm looking to connect to those who currently AirBNB properties in popular Northern Michigan cities: Traverse City, Boyne City, Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Mackinaw City, etc. 

My partner and I invest locally, and we figured it would be nice to connect with other folks doing the same.

And also not a dig on Brokers  but Brokers can basically offer zero help in most instances if your having issues.. they get paid to close the loan then are out of the picture they have no authority to do workouts or modify terms etc U would be working with the actual lender then.. 

Looking to connect with others who either have had similar experiences raising funds in the middle-market space.

I wanted to place no contingencies in the offer, but we need to sell our primary home to get the funds to close.

At the auction I was able to talk to a couple other wholesalers and ask some questions and get some business cards and After the auction her and her husband invited me to lunch and I was able to sit down and talk with them and build a really good connection.
