I have not played the Rich Dad Poor Dad board game (adult or kids versions) but I have heard good things about them. 

I would also like to ask for people to come forward to tell what barriers they have hit and how they overcame them.Scenario 1-Big multiplex owned by church which is boarded up.

If bandit signs were really working as a deal source, can you hit those areas with bill boards or other paid for signage advertising?

Just make sure you're not blocking your view and your not violating any local laws.Put flyers around town on annoucement boards at supermarkets, laundrymats ecs.

The tenant is boarding random people without prior notice, which he was given notice of in August.

I'm with you in that I conduct ALL my business above board. 

Legally, you will have to file a complaint through your contractors board, then you will have to call his contractor bond company and file a claim, make sure your new contractor has complete paperwork and fully insured.
