I always managed all my properties locally, from a distance and never had serious tenant issues like I had when I had a PM from only about 2018 to 2021.I am taking a guess that a PM company earns no more than $20 to $25 per hour for the work they do.

Soooo the thought process is now, how do we make something we enjoy into a career?

Who knows you might like the experience so much you might go into Real Estate development as a permanent career change!

Then, I did the math and realized that I made a mistake and the following charts show that with a $500,000 down payment my friend will earn maybe more than $1.5 million in 5 years.You have to do the math.

Earn like a King and spend like a penniless pauper.Do this until you get your down payment, plus some cushion money saved up.Do you see a pattern here (???)

Looks like you had a career change, and recently started a new one.

Went back to school, and now I'm taking my last two classes to earn my bachelor's in Computer Science.
