Well I received a call back and I got super excited I started doing some research  on the property and the name she gave me isn't the same as the owner that is listed can u tell me what can that mean.

I expect them to pay rent and they should expect me to provide a nice home for them and when a problem arises we take care of itThere's times where we are very generous waiving late charges, etc... but I think about my mortgage lender for my personal home and I do not receive anything from them.

I knew I was gambling when I mentioned money but I've seen plenty of posts asking for advice and only receiving welcoming messages with no substance so I wanted to get some response, even if it was just fishing. 

And I have never received a bill where the cost of repair was any higher than I thought I could get it, and usually its cheaper.One bonus of a PM, you dont have to worry about anything.  

I bought a property, and I ended up receiving the property through the process. 

Received a phone call yesterday morning that everything was going as planned and I would have a new system by end of day. 

I have not received a response yet and plan on calling sometime next week to see if we can meet. 

I have a $2M Umbrella, only cost $400/year from GEICO and I even received a 10% discount on my auto, so it really only ended up costing $250/yearNot a bad price to pay for $2M of coverage 

does anyone know of an attorney who is knowledgable when it comes to alabama law on tax deeds and what to do once you have received the tax deed
