Hi, BiggerPockets! I'm Jesse Peña, I absolutely no nothing about Real Estate Investing. I want to learn. I have been listing to the BP Podcast, BP Webinars, Reading BP Blogs, and Real Estate Books. I am interested in Buy and Hold income propertys, and Multifamily. I want my first income property in 2016.
