Continue learning on your own so you can speak to whatever aspect of real estate you are trying to gain a better understanding of.

DFW, Austin, Houston, and even San Antonio are all thriving cities in many aspects, real estate included. 

And you should be doing this for EVERY aspect of the property. 

Essentially I would love to speak with someone about their experiences with the refinancing aspect of the BRRR strategy.

HOWEVER, I also understand the construction aspect very well.  

Hi John,I would ask for a proposal for both property coverage (direct physical damage to the property - fire, wind, theft...etc.) and liability coverage (bodily injury or property damage to a third party - your slip and falls).

I guess I will have to start contacting some potential PM companies and use that aspect as a heavy factor when weighing my decision on who to apply with.

We are still very new investors and want to make sure are covered on all aspects. 

So I can see the benefit in that aspect.
