How you doing everyone. Long time listener and reader, first time poster.

My name is Jobert Tuazon, 20 years old out of Seattle, WA. Wanted to BRRR my way to success, but after attending a few events and talking to other investors I've decided to focus on multi family real estate. Would love to talk to you guys personally about each other goals and interests. But what this post is about some tips you guys have when attending a real estate investors event. I'll be the most inexperienced one there so what can I do or say to network and provide value to the other investors there? Thank you!
