Refinancing Help for Begginger

Posted

Hello All,

I have been analyzing properties in local markets. I have narrowed it down to a few towns. This is going to be my first home purchase so I want to ensure I have everything correct before making my first big investment. For you veteran investors you know it is nerve racking, but exciting. My father is a real estate investor has a wealth of knowledge with buying and rehab part of the process. However, he does not have much experience with the REFINANCING part. Before applying for loans I would love to speak with someone about their experiences. I want to ensure I am not missing any hidden cost in my analysis. I am a financial analyst at a top 5 corporate bank so I have strong analysis skills that I could assist other investors with if needed. Essentially I would love to speak with someone about their experiences with the refinancing aspect of the BRRR strategy. Any help is much appreciated!!
