You can build equity faster and be much more successful earlier on if you can not only do some work yourself, but also be able to use your knowledge while walking through a property to determine it's condition.

@Parius Futch Since TK is just a shortcut way to purchase properties with renovations completed and tenant in place (don't buy TK unless this is part of the deal), and given that you already own properties so have experience under your belt, it is definitely a faster way to expand vs doing it yourself.

No need to wow the tenant unless it's getting it rented that much faster or for a higher rent rate.
