Hi Everyone!
I wanted to introduce myself as a new member of BP and say I am very excited to learn and Network with you all! I also want to take a minute to give you a little back story and share my future plans with real estate investing.
I have been studying real estate for the past two years, listening to podcasting, watching every show and reading as much as I could about the subject, I can easily say that most of my education came from Biggerpockets and Grant Cardone. As of October 18th, 2018 I officially became the owner of a 5 bedroom duplex, which my partner and I turned into a student rental. My long term plan is to start investing in student rentals to building equity, cash flow and an asset base so I can later invest in large, 50+ multifamily units and ultimately to syndicate. I love the idea of using partners and private investors as well. I know I'm in it for the long haul, but its like Grant Cardone once said, " You don't want to get rich quick, you want to get rich for sure." This is definitely something I love and will continue to pursue.
There is a lot more I'd love to share, but I'll keep it short for now. If anyone has any questions, please feel free to contact me anytime, I look forward to contributing to the Biggerpockets community!
Best Regards,

@Matthew Weiskopff Welcome and congrats on the 5 plex! I love that Cardone quote. One of the things our culture lacks today is a long term perspective. If you plod along and grind in RE you get there. Some faster than others. The focus shouldn't be on who gets there first, but getting there period!
