Hi I’m 17 and I want to make a living later on in life as a owner of multiple properties with passive income and I know it’s easier said than done but it would be helpful to learn from the best and advice from people who are in the field I want to be in later on thanks much appreciated

@Travis Gallagher,

Focus now on getting a good job and steady income to build up capital.. another thing you can do is go to a trade school and learn, say HVAC, plumbing, electrical, something like that to really help when you do have houses!

If you don't have a mentor, try finding one and offering your time for free-- be a personal assistant or ask to help with the rehabs-- just getting exposure and understanding the ropes is very important!
