Tenants who lose their jobs have options, but some tenants who lose their job refuse to get assistance.

@Lee Ripma The seed money would go into pulling lists, sending out mail, hiring virtual assistants when necessary, and building/ maintaining a brand image.

Im trying to get in front of more sellers and just try to find their pain points and see if I can assist, even if it is to refer them to a real estate agent or the mortgage broker we use for refinancing.

Also check (Google) if the city/state/county has any down payment assistance programs for 1st time home buyers. :)
