It never cease to amaze me how screwed up this industry is sometimes so I would like to reach out to all BP members and reinforce that one's reputation is like fine china, once its broken, no matter how well you put it back together it will never be the same.A few years ago, I had a discussion with someone how told me that they really hated real estate people because they all lie and mislead you.

Either funds, credit, time, construction industry experience, lending/banking, ability to find amazing deals, negotiation skills, etc.People will help you if you can help them.You can do it if you are very serious and work very hard.

So, we sent the water out to be tested and it came back clean... nominal sulfates, no bacteria, 7.5 pH, and (amazingly) no odor.
