Would appreciate feedback/thoughts on next steps on Sell vs Rental approach.Looking at the very high monthly exp/rev ratio, it seems I should sell, but want to make sure I'm exploring all options.

We utilized the VA loan, so we paid all of the fees associated with that and then paid roughly $3500 for closing.

The high cost of maintenance including materials and labor affect all properties and older ones perhaps more.

All options welcomed?
