I've watched several youtube videos and read several articles/blog posts and I think I have a decent idea of how it all works.

I began looking for information, reading books, watching podcasts, videos on youtube, reading articles and asking questions to the more experienced investors.

Good evening investors,I was recently watching Biggerpockets Podcast show #344 on YouTube. 

I read the forum, I watch youtube videos but going through it gives you a different feel. 

You can run into all sorts of title problems and it can be several months before you get the title for your property.There is a video on youtube about how to get properties at live auctions through auction.com.Search BLPREI.

My suggestion is to take a few hours a week and dedicate them to youtube videos or podcasts on real estate for beginners or how to get started in RE.

@Oscar Tol I have no experience, but that’s what most of my podcast/YouTube have talked about.

The algorithms  they use are not specific to certain features that add or lessen value to a property.

My husband and I try some lighter stuff after studying at YouTube University :)  Please update us if you do pursue this and let us know how it worked out!
