Good Morning! I am very new to the real estate world, I have been reading and studying it for about 2 years now...sitting on the sideline. I'm very interested in getting started wholesaling, it seems like the perfect real estate strategy for me given my current business life. Does anyone have any advice or resources on how to get started? I've watched several youtube videos and read several articles/blog posts and I think I have a decent idea of how it all works. Any help is appreciated. I live in northern VA outside of DC.
