I have a couple of properties in DC where I have never had any issues with tenants making rent, and they too have been (thankfully) unaffected by COVID-19...so far.

Any DC developers here who have flipped DC rowhouses in NE DC or Petworth DC, who'd be willing to share how much they've spent on a decent flip.
