I had this happen to me but mine looked worse and city , police and dog catchers were involved.

How do you get a druggie out of your house before it is destroyed or seized by to police if he has prepaid rent for two years? 

I called the police, an offer came out to the property, and told me to start a criminal trespassing case against him because they can't do anything about it until it's officially a criminal offense.
