New BP member from the great Miami area

Hey all,

My name is Joye (Correct spelling) and I've been getting interesting in real estate for the past few months but I recently just found BP and have been lurking through the forums for as much information I can get since I'm already starting to jump into real estate.

A little about me. I'm 22 years old working in the Air Force Reserves (Hoping to get a civilian job soon with the police department). I enjoy outdoor activities and just got a 1981 CB750f that I'm working on. Hoping to learn as much as I can from the forums and from all BP members.
