@Jonathan GreeneAfter a closer examination we noticed the showerhead was leaking keeping the jacuzzi bathtub platform always wet, the bathroom wall tiles also tend to get wet and we mostly observed titles and tub turning dark with our earlier tenants but not with our previous tenants who were a family.

Can anyone recommend a project management software/platform for my real estate investing team (new builds, flipping, wholesaling, lending)? 

The interface is great and it integrates via API across a ton of platforms. 

There are several rental property management platforms that can split rent between tenants, so everyone can pay their portion but its ultimately everyone's responsibility at the end of the day.

What is the best real estate syndication platform to invest in?

You can also try less popular platforms like bing ads way cheaper than google but it works well with older generations. 

If I had that spent time using this platform to make connections and being more engaged, I probably would have people I could ask for advice.
