Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $255,000
Cash invested: $25,500

I’m using this 4 bedroom single family home as a short term rental and it's shown early success out the gate with about $3K monthly cashflow. Thank you to the bigger pockets platforms, staff and members for continued inspiration!
