@Joshua Bullis yeah, I went from that, to now I’m going to kind of shadow a real estate investing company instead of agents, so they flip houses, own rentals, develop, and wholesale, I offered to work for them for free (it’s about gaining experience), and then get paid later on, but I think they might pay me at the start, so I’ll be getting paid to learn from them basically!

@Joshua EllisLLC doesn’t pay dividends it gets rolled up into your personal - if you are a member of the LLC you will get a k-1 which you accountant will probably charge you an extra few hundred bucks a year to do your taxes.
