Hello, does anyone have any recommendations for trusted contracting companies in the Miami area?

Hello all,I have 2 triplexes in Pittsburgh and would love to find a plumber that's familiar with installing water submeters and can recommend effective submetering products.  

We see it more often than anything that people come into the business and within three months, they already give up because they thought it was going to be such an easy business because of how people portrayed it online.

I would also recommend going light with your countertops.

Are there any resources, legal advice, or best practices you would recommend for pushing back against overreaching regulations?

I understand there is crime there, just like many low-cost areas, but I reached out to a rehabber about taking some photos of properties for us and he told me to look in other areas because of the high crime rate and that "it just keeps getting worse." 

My name is Elliot and I'm currently a NYC resident and i would like to ask for guidance on where to start investing in NYC i would like to invest in a multifamily unit here in NYC but the prices are a bit high.

So, the family member is pocketing cash and guaranteeing a stable cost of living for themselves basically locking in their future at a time when values are high.

I would recommend just going conventional now if it’s within the next couple years.
