Elliot Juarez
Posted

My name is Elliot and I'm currently a NYC resident and i would like to ask for guidance on where to start investing in NYC i would like to invest in a multifamily unit here in NYC but the prices are a bit high. I have a good credit score 8000 about 40K saved no debt but prices in New York are way too high any advise or anyone in NYC that has invested here. Any input is appreciated it. Thanks

House hack. Too many arcane rent control regulations to trip you up. Too expensive.

I am not a fan of investing out of the area you live in as a novice. You’ll get fleeced.

Save your money and house hack in a few years. It’s not important to start fast or soon, just start when it makes sense in a conservative way.
