I made this post to introduce myself to the community, and because I have a question that I have a hard time googling the answer to:I plan my first investment to be a house-hack, financing through a FHA loan and living in it for a year.

About 7 years ago, I was introduced to commercial real estate projects through a colleague from another industry.

At a certain point, I'll want to see a preapproval or POF or I'll introduce the buyer to lenders.

When you come down reach out ill introduce you to some REI meetings that arent on meetup etc for some reason. 

In Chapter 5, Craig Coppola introduces his view of the market cycle to help an investor know when to buy, when to sell, when NOT to buy, and when to research. 

This has gotten me to more seriously consider real estate investing, and I wanted to introduce myself. 

All are located in the greater Milwaukee area, but I would be happy to introduce you if you don’t find anybody local

If any of your rentals and/or personal property are in these states, I can introduce you to probably the most service oriented / veteran team brokerage I know. 

@Julie J. and a third scenario that would be good to introduce to all here - If you lived in it for two out of the 5 years prior to selling it.
