Hey everyone, It has been quite some time since I posted on this forum and about as long sense I was at an in-person real estate meet up in the Austin area. Im an active investor and Realtor in the area. 

Id love to catch up, re-introduce myself, and reconnect with the local investment scene. 

I just got on meetup.com and I noticed that there weren't nearly as many real estate investment meet ups going on. Now that's kind of a no brainer due to the current covid situation. But I wanted to see if anybody had any good meet ups they were currently attending in person or virtually they could refer me to.
