New To REI and Need More Guidance
I have been dancing around real estate for over 10 years now. About 7 years ago, I was introduced to commercial real estate projects through a colleague from another industry. I was intrigued and wanted to pursue it but with life, it didn't pan out that way.
Now that I am somewhat back to where I need to be, I am picking up where I left off. The problem is that I really didn't learn that much to begin with and now, trying to start again is like starting over from scratch. I have read books, watched videos and purchased real good real estate courses but still need more understanding.
I started out in wholesaling back then as I was told, that was an easy way to get my feet wet in real estate. I am back into wholesaling, have a pretty good gist on how it works but still have that gitter bug syndrome going on.
Is there another wholesaler that's in the Houston/Baytown, TX area that I can partner with so I can get a good understanding of how the process goes in real time. I know you're supposed to just dive in and do it yourself but....with those gitters.... I feel if I can look over the shoulder of someone that has been through the process already, I can become better right off the bat.
I hope I'm not coming off advertisingnish, just need a little help.
Thanks,
Will
