Sounds like it could take a while to figure out who was truly at fault in this scenario.Title agents can (and should) purchase additional coverage for these types of losses but the liability for wiring the payoff to the wrong account may eventually fall on a different insurer or party here.

that I have tried my self to calculate the Annual Return on investment with my calculator but it gave me wrong results than that the result mentioned by the book .
