I decided to youtube videos that would help me learn about investing and stumbled upon bigger pockets podcast.

My wife (Priyal) and I, both are newbie in the world of REI and looking for some guidance/tips on how and where to get started.

Since you asked about running into a problem with licensing, here is a great video with the Real Estate Board of Ohio, one  of the worst states to be a wholesaler (or LO'er).  

One of my favorite features are the podcasts that have interviews with successful investors and others in the business to show give tips and warnings without a ton of hype or a sales pitch.
