Property Management Specialist-Future Real Estate Investor

Hello Everyone,

I live in the Apopka Area,

I have been working in Orlando /Central Florida Area for several years in Property Management because the company I currently work for is small, and is a Freddie Mac REO Specialty company, I see the huge benefits of buying up the secondary market homes, and holding them, as well as putting in the investment, and then flipping them. I'm interested in learning about and becoming a part of the Investment side of Property Management. Someday, I would like to apprentice with a Full time investor, but I'm looking for "just the right one".( Finding the right person to learn from is a whole different relationship, and I want to do it the right way! )Not all Investors are the same, and to me, finding the right way to make money is just as important as any other factor.

I attended one of those " Give me Thousands of Dollars and I'll tell you how to search the internet for cheap houses and investors" workshops, hoping to have an epiphany, and found myself leaving after 50 minutes of sales pitch.  Then  found this site the next day! Same (and better) info, for FREE!! Go figure.
