As for a vehicle: if you are using it for business purposes, you can certainly buy it and write it off.

How do they pick which deal goes into which vehicle?

The property I’m looking at sits at the corner of a busy intersection with tons of vehicle traffic, pedestrians, local businesses and a couple of schools.

I just have to look the person in the eye, see the condition of their vehicle, shake their hand, and have a conversation.

My goal is to develop REI into a substantial retirement plan, although choosing the particular vehicle is part of my initial education phase.
