It largely depends on your efforts.

I've sent collection letters every six months as an effort to collect and just let the owner continue paying down the first.

I'd be more willing to help someone making some kind of effort, other than just someone saying "can I get a list of books here!?"

If you want to be serious TK player - you obviously will have to do a lot of initial effort and investment until you become "established TK provider". 

I love to see the creativity of some of the suggestions, and God bless if you want to invest effort to try to make those happen.

However if you want to be the dominant force and the go to mobile home guy in your area this will take a concentrated effort, a serious plan, and daily effort.I hope this was helpful and not too confusing.

It's just frustrating because I've put so much time and effort into learning MF and in the end I may have to find a different place to concentrate my efforts. 

Apart from adding great contents and keeping them fresh, you have to put some efforts on Social media now a days - FB, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube etc.All these SM properties should engage your audience in a personal way and direct them to comeback to your site - there by increasing traffic and leads.Also, try FB ads!
