My point is pick a Financial objective that you understand. 

Will you might deal in circles of people with different wealth levels of objectives.

There are gems that come up, you just need to be educated and ready to pounce when it hits your investment objectives. 

So, I'd have no objection to looking up there if the numbers work.  

It depends on your investment objectives and other personal factors specific to you.

Many people never end up becoming a RE investor as they tend to get the shiny object syndrome and look at too many things at once instead of picking a strategy & following through with it! 

I agree with @Matt Higgins, we call this an incurable objective.

Im now looking to find properties such as SFR flips or duplex,triplex,quadplex etc... that I could rent out in twin cities and surrounding area's but also need work.
