What do you fellow BiggerPockets members believe the best cities to invest in rental properties are? From my experience and research, I currently believe the top 3 cities are

1. Atlanta, GA

2. Indianapolis, IN

3. Jacksonville, FL

I would love to hear everybody's opinions on this matter!

It really depends on your criteria, so it would be helpful for you to define it in order to get better answers.

Out of the three you mentioned, I think Jacksonville and Indy are pretty good for cash flow. I personally am invested in Indy and have had some success.

A lot of people are bullish on Texas due to macro economic and demographic trends.

Memphis has always been a popular one for cash flow investors.
