Hi @Thiago Gomes  My sister and I bought in Colorado primarily due to location of my property management resources and rehab team, which are on the ground and operating in Colorado. 

I would love to get the drawings during escrow to get a better estimate but I'm afraid the architectural fee would be a lost cause if the deal fell through. 

Then I teamed up with my brother and a friend, forming an LLC and getting another property a few doors down in mid 2017.
