New Member - Southern California

Hi All,

My name is Simpson, I have been browsing for some time now and am from Southern California. I am looking to meet people, learn as much as I can, and get this ball rolling! A little bit about my experience so far, I was able to get a property in Henderson NV in 2016, and its been rented since. Then I teamed up with my brother and a friend, forming an LLC and getting another property a few doors down in mid 2017. This second property needed some minor work and TLC. Both properties are fully rented out with a great property manager we had found. (no complaints). Everything seems to be on autopilot so far. (Buy and hold)

My main goal is to get more involved and do more with real estate which is why I came here :)

One question I have for most of you guys is: How most of you started with? What approach/route did you end up going with? Whats the best advice you have for someone who is looking to get more involved?
